[MCOH-EH] EHR use

We use a combination of systems for our departments.  For our own employees, we only use Agility/NetHealth.  We find that it is easy to generate reports and manage work comp claims there, as it connects with our HR software and pulls in new hire information.  We also appreciate the mobile immunization tracking feature for our influenza season, as we use department champions who can make use of this and send their info to us electronically vs paper.  We are in the process of operationalizing portals.

For external clients, we use EPIC for work injuries but do all other employment services documentation in Agility.

Having used EPIC for OH in the past, I do not recommend it as the system of choice.  It just can't compete with those that are developed for this purpose.
