I would also be interested in the results of your investigation. 

Our OH Clinic utilizes SYSTOC through UL. 
Our clinic provides both employee and occupational health services. We researched and reviewed demos for Agility, OHM, EPIC, and a few others over the years and were able to pull the plug in 2017 to transition from paper to SYSTOC. It does have it's challenges, but was the best fit given the limited options. When our institution moved from MediTech to EPIC (2021), we entertained the idea of conforming for standardization, however it was going to be an expensive build and a step backwards as it was not capable of integrating custom or regulatory forms commonly used in occupational medicine. In addition, EPIC was unable to secure employee health files, which would have resulted in creating several workaround processes, utilization of multiple systems, and/or reverting to paper documentation. We ended up interfacing SYSTOC with EPIC for ADT, radiology, lab, and cardiopulmonary services. In effort to improve one challenge and coexist with the institution, we created several more, but in theory-it works...

We converted to EHR more than 15 years ago and are on our 3rd brand. None were compatible with occupational medicine outside of injury care. We scanned all OSHA Standard records into the EHR and continue to do this as our system is not compatible with non-E&M services. Injury care visits from before implementation were scanned and now are part of the EHR. We also use OHM in parallel with our general EHR for internal employee health and for a few outside companies for things like hearing conservation and respiratory protection.
As it stands, all occupational medicine records are available with varying degrees of difficulty.

We are converting our employee health records to an EMR from paper.
We are having discussions about what portion of our paper record must be retained because of OSHA.
Does anyone have guidance or a reference about what must be kept and what could be tossed?
We have a plan for inputting vaccination records etc and will be keeping records pertaining to OSHA record keeping Some of the paper charts are enormous.
