Please respond to the questions below regarding vaccine exemptions in healthcare systems

1)      Do you allow exemptions to all vaccines (including MMR and Varicella if not immune?) Yes, But must avoid working in clinical areas for at risk populations as an accomadation recommendation. HR makes the final decisions on accomadations.
2)      If you allow exemptions, do you have specific extra PPE precautions? Yes for Flu and COVID only.
3)      If yes what are the extra precautions? must use medical or surgical Masks at all times except with eating at which they should be at least 6 feet away.


Thank you so much for any information – we are seeing an alarming increase in vaccine exemption requests
