[MCOH-EH] Off Hours Fitness For Duty

Happy New Year
We have historically utilized our ED to assess employees in the rare event
a fitness for duty evaluation is needed in the off hours when Employee
Health is not open.
There is a protocol that has been in place.
What do other organizations do?
If substance usage is needed , do you utilize your hospital lab? Our
sourced lab?
How do you define roles and responsibilities including manager, HR, EH, EAP
and others?
